Drugged up Meat

In honor of the backyard barbecue, This weeks tip will be about meat. Cows and chickens are fed grains that contain hormones and antibiotics. These chemicals are absorbed into the animals system and stored in the fat and muscle tissue. We, in turn, eat the animal and these harmful chemicals are passed onto us. Over time, the hormones are causing damage to our bodies, but more importantly the chemicals are causing changes to our genetic structure and affecting the health of our children. Hormones given to animals, including dairy, are causing young children to start puberty at much earlier ages. The antibiotics given to animals can cause the germs and bacteria in our body to become antibiotic resistant. The alternative? Other than becoming a vegetarian, eat free range, organic chicken, beef, turkey, pork and dairy. You'd be surprised at how much better the meat tastes without all of those nasty chemicals. Most mainstream, popular markets now carry a line of organic meats.

Thought for the Day:

" The aim of medicine is to prevent disease and prolong life; the ideal of medicine is to eliminate the need of a physician." -------William Mayo, MD

"Medicine, the only profession that labors incessantly to destroy the reason for its own existence."-----James Boyce

Chiropractic Tip of the Week: The brain sends messages to the cells in the body through nerves. These message can run into interference, mostly along the spine. Chiropractic care corrects nerve interference, improving the body's ability to be healthy. Chiropractic is a natural system of health care.

Really love this new Ink for All text editor http://bit.ly/2DWi1K9 Its dark theme helps limit distractions. I’ve seen that my productivity is more consistent. This seemed like a good place to tell folks about it in case someone else also finds traditional content creation tools disruptive
