Offensive Stench Coming From Your Mouth?

Does your breath make a fresh flower wilt? Do children make scrunched up faces when you talk to them? Does your best friend's eyes tear and water when you get to close? Regular bad breath is nothing to shake a garlic clove at. Yes, certain foods can leave a lasting impression in your mouth, but when the offensive odors are persistant it could be a sign of trouble. Bad breath that lingers for more than 24hrs means you could have gum disease, chronic sinus trouble or intestinal problems. To check if your breath is bad, cup your hands and breathe into them, take a whiff. If it smells bad, guess what? Alternatively, ask someone if your breath stinks or look for the tearing eyes in your audience. If you just have regular bad breath from a food odor, try gargling, brushing your tongue or eating parsley. Another tip, if you are out and do not have floss or a tooth brush, after you eat, rinse your mouth out with a glass of water.

Thought for the Week: "Chiropractors do not manipulate; they do not use the process of manipulating; they adjust. A chiropractor is not a therapeutist; he is not interested in discovering nor applying remedies (drugs) To be versed in therapeutics would be to be skilled in the use and application of remedies. Chiropractors do not use remedies. While other professions are concerned with changing the environment to suit the weakened body, chiropractic is concerned with strengthening the body to "suit" the environment." - BJ Palmer, DC
