One leg shorter than the other?

Have you ever been told that you have one leg shorter than the other? I know many people have, but you may not realize that the VAST majority of leg length issues come from a tilted or rotated pelvis. The few “actual” leg length issues happen when someone has an old knee injury, a ‘healed’ broken bone, a surgical procedure (like a knee or hip replacement) or another trauma to their leg. And most people know exactly when that happened so it’s no surprise.
